for Data in the FE Sector' Conference - 17 September 2010
The information authority, the Data Service and the Learning Records Service (formerly MIAP) are holding a joint one-day conference that will highlight the next steps for the FE Learner Data Strategy, commissioned by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS), and explore what it will mean for data collection and use in the FE Sector.
Post-machinery of government implementation, both the Skills Funding Agency and the YPLA will set out their forthcoming plans and speakers from BIS and the DfE will outline ministerial priorities for further education.
