Learner Responsive Group

That this group includes colleges and non-college learning providers who prepare and send Learner Responsive ILR returns.

Meeting Outputs

At the meeting on 24 November, the following key issues were covered:

  • Q&A with Rich Williams, the Head of the Data Service - the group discussed with Rich the issues providers face due to system delays this year.
  • 2012/13 ILR - Lisa Macdougall gave an overview of the changes for 2012/13 and consulted the group on proposed changes to Employment Status fields.
  • Funding simplification - representatives from both the YPLA and the Skills Funding Agency attended to talk the group about future funding.
