ILR Documents
The ILR is collected from providers that are in receipt of any of the following types of funding: 16-18 Learner Responsive, Adult Learner Responsive, Employer Responsive or Adult Safeguarded Learning (ASL); and from providers funded by LSC co-financed European Social Funds (ESF).
ILR Documents available to download
The ILR document pages above shows the specification, guidance and validation rules for the 2008/09 academic year. For ILR documents relating to previous years, refer to the ILR webpages on the LSC’s website.
The most important of these documents is the ILR specification, which includes detailed information about the data requested and the format used to return it.
The downloadable documents for 2008/09 have been organised as follows:

Each section contains documents saved in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Office 2003. Due to the large size of some documents, it has been necessary to compress them using WinZip.
