Success Rate Reporting
All Qualification Success Rate (QSR) reports and Minimum Levels of Performance (MLP) reports are made available for providers to download from the
Provider Gateway, and announcements are made to the sector when reports become available.
Each provider can download their own data from the Provider Gateway in a zipped file.
Employer Responsive QSR zipped files will contain:
- A summary report covering success rates for England and for each region and local authority in which the provider has a delivery centre
- Detailed separate reports for England, regions and local authorities (where applicable, relating to this provider)
- A Microsoft Excel file of success rate details for all learners (relating to this provider)
- Employer Responsive QSR guidance information
Employer Responsive MLP zipped files will contain:
- An Employer Responsive MLP report for the provider
- Employer Responsive MLP guidance information
Learner Responsive QSR zipped files will contain:
- A Learner Responsive QSR report for the provider
- A comma separated (CSV) file of success rate details for all learners (relating to this provider)
- Learner Responsive QSR guidance information
Learner Responsive MLP zipped files will contain:
- A Learner Responsive MLP report for the provider
- Learner Responsive MLP guidance information
