Data Harmonisation Group

The Data Harmonisation Group is made up of partner representatives from BIS, DfE, Skills Funding Agency, YPLA, the information authority, the Data Service, Ofqual and QCDA. Its main aim is to develop and modify success rate reporting with a view that by unifying and simplifying (where possible) the underlying calculation methods processes will become both transparent and rigorous.

After development and evaluation, the formal introduction of a new or changed success rate methodology only proceeds if confirmed through each partners’ own governance arrangements.

The information authority's board will oversee the group's 'direction of travel' via regular reports on progress.

Terms of Reference

The Terms of Reference for the group are in the process of being revised and will be available shortly.
