Revised 2011/12 ILR documents and 2010/11 Employer Contributions guidance

The following ILR 2011/12 documents have been published on
the information authority website today:
- Appendix E – Contracting organisation codes (Version 2)
- Learning Delivery Monitoring Codes (Version 2)
- Field Mapping (Version 4)

Contracting Organisation Codes
For all learning aims contracted and funded by the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA) in 2011/12, including continuing aims from 2010/11, the Contracting Organisation Code field must contain a valid YPLA subdivision code as stated on the provider allocation schedule. Local authority codes are no longer valid and Appendix E to the ILR Specification for 2011/12 has been updated accordingly.
Employer Contributions Collection for 2010/11
Revised guidance on the Employer Contributions collection for 2010/11 has also been published.
Providers are reminded that the Employer Contributions collection for 2010/11 is still required from all providers in receipt of Employer Responsive (ER) funding for 2010/11. The collection return date is Friday 11 November 2011.
All providers that receive funding for Employer Responsive provision during 2010/11 are asked to send an annual aggregate return detailing the amounts and types of employer contributions received during 2010/11. This applies to contributions from employers relating to all co-funded ER-funded learning aims (19+ Apprenticeships and co-funded Train to Gain provision).
