New Community and Stakeholder Manager for information authority
With more than 20 years experience in the media and communications industries, Anne Fessi brings considerable expertise to her new role as
the information authority's new Community and Stakeholder Manager.
One of her first tasks will be to undertake a review of communications channels to ensure the organisation is engaging with partners and providers in the most effective way possible.
Anne has previously worked in local radio, TV, and publishing and also has extensive local and national public sector communications experience having led consultations, campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities for organisations such as Coventry City Council and BECTA.
“My initial priority will be to review the communications methods that
the information authority already has in place with a view to improving them, and to see what else is needed to enable us to effectively engage with colleagues throughout the further education system,” she said.
“A huge amount of work has been done already by
the information authority and it's vital that the messages about what has been achieved are sent out, not only to build trust with our partners, but to ensure we are aware of where further effort and resources would be beneficial.”
