Internet forum for ILR consultations
Consultations on changes to the 2009/10 Individualised Learner record will take place online for the first time this year through FEconnect - the social network created by
the information authority to consult with learning providers and data users.
Initial requests for change were received at the end of June and consultations on these will take place through to September when a specification will be produced to go before the board. The final specification will be agreed in November.

You can find the consultation on the 2009/10 ILR Change Discussion pages.
“This is the first time we will have been able to undertake an open discussion on changes in this way and it will allow providers and software houses to discover change requests and to comment upon them well in advance of what was possible previously,” said Dave Briggs, authority Change Manager.
“We want to make the process as transparent as possible. The forum will list what changes are being requested, who is requesting them and why and will ask people from across the sector for their feedback.”
