ILR Validation Rules for 2010/11 published
The information authority published the ILR Validation Rules for 2010/11 on Friday 29 January 2010. These can be viewed and downloaded at

A second version of the ILR Specification for 2010/11 is due to be issued by the end of February 2010. This will include referenced to the changed validation rule requirements and the addition of a new code in field A69 (Eligibility for enhanced ER funding) for learners aged 25+ who are eligible for 19-24 Apprenticeship funding. There is also a change to field A70 (Contracting organisation code) to introduce a two-character prefix to all codes. The prefix increases the field length from 3 to 5.
