The Data Service was scheduled to publish the 2009/10 Employer Responsive Minimum Level of Performance reports onto the Provider Gateway on 08 December 2010. However, the MLP threshold levels require Ministerial approval, which has not yet been received.

Many learning providers were asked to provide information on learners requiring Additional Learning Support. The Young People's Learning Agency and the information authority have agreed to jointly investigate the best way of gathering the information needed in future and to use existing data wherever possible.

The first Learner Responsive ILR return of 2010/11 must be submitted by 06 December 2010. This return will be used by the Young People’s Learning Agency (YPLA) as a key source of data in calculating funding allocations for 2011/12.

The fourth Employer Responsive ILR return (ER04) of 2010/11 must be submitted by 06 December 2010. Providers are asked to review the ILR guidance in advance of submitting this return to the Data Service to avoid data being rejected.
