As of 1530 Monday 06 December 2010, it is clear that most providers will have sent their first Learner Responsive ILR return for 2010/11 (LR01) as requested by the hard close at 1800 Monday 06 December 2010. The collection is closing today as planned. We are however aware that some colleges have had extended periods of closure since 01 December 2010 and consequently have been unable to transmit their LR01 as requested. On this exceptional occasion, the small number of providers that have been closed for a significant period between 01 December and 06 December 2010 are invited to make the case to the information authority to be allowed to send their LR01 return after the hard close.
