2008/09 Period 15 Train to Gain and Apprenticeship reports now available

The end year Qualification Success Rate (QSR) reports for Train to Gain and Apprenticeships are now availble on the
Provider Gateway. The reports use 2008/09 data up to and including Period 15.
Due to changes in the success rate methodologies, the QSR reports previously published for Period 9 and Period 12 have been removed. The reports for Period 12 have been re-run, and are now also available on the Provider Gateway.
Each provider can download their own data from the Provider Gateway. For Employer Responsive QSR (Train to Gain and Apprenticeships), the zipped files for each provider will contain:
- a summary report covering success rates for England and for each region and local authority in which the provider has a delivery centre
- detailed separate reports for England, regions and local authorities (where applicable, relating to this provider)
- a Microsoft Excel file of success rate details for all learners (relating to this provider)
- QSR guidance.
The guidance information explains the basic principles of the reports and how the reports are structured. This information, and more detailed guidance on how success rates have been calculated can be found in the Technical Definitions section of the Data Dictionary, on the Data Service website.
