Learner Responsive QSR reports for 2008/09 now available

The Learner Responsive Qualification Success Rate (QSR) reports for 2008/09 are now available on the
Provider Gateway for providers who made an F05 submission by 4th December 2009.
Providers can download their data from a Zip file (located at Document Exchange > Document List > QSR-FE). These Zip files contain:
- QSR report
- A comma separated (CSV) file of success rate details for all learners (relating to this provider)
- QSR guidance notes
- L03 mapping spreadsheet and guidance letter
The QSR guidance notes explain the basic principles of the reports and how the reports are structured. These notes and further, more detailed guidance on how success rates have been calculated can be found in the Technical Definitions section of the Data Dictionary on the Data Service website.
The L03 mapping spreadsheet lists Learner Reference Numbers where changes may have occured during the learner's period of study. The Data Service is inviting providers to chack these records and complete the spreadsheets provided to state the previous L03 value and the date it changed if the changes have occured over the last five years.
